Both the CB4RP (4-wire) and CB6RP (6-wire) share an 8.0mm ± 0.3mm outside diameter and 22 AWG conductor size, with a 0.314mm² cross-sectional area per wire, and are available in 100m lengths supplied on a reel. Internally, each cable uses tinned copper conductors, aluminum foil tape, and a tinned copper shield beneath a PE inside jacket, providing consistent wire resistance (≤ 0.09 Ω/m) and low capacitance (≤ 80PF/m) for stable, low-noise signal transmission over distance. The added stainless steel overbraid sits over the PVC outside jacket, forming a rugged outer layer that helps protect the cable run from crushing, cutting, abrasion, and pest damage in exposed or high-traffic industrial areas.

The CB4RP is suited for standard 4-wire load cell wiring where excitation and signal lines run through areas subject to mechanical wear, such as underneath conveyors, along walkways, through cable trays with moving equipment, or in outdoor and semi-buried routing. The CB6RP extends this same protection to 6-wire configurations that include sense lines, making it a fit for higher-precision weighing systems such as truck scales, silo and hopper scales, and multi-cell summing box installations where cable robustness is as critical as measurement accuracy. Both cables are rated for continuous operation from -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F), supporting reliable performance in harsh plant, outdoor, and industrial environments.
