The ANYLOAD 805HP Digital Weight Indicator is a compact, battery-powered display unit built into a durable ABS enclosure, designed to deliver reliable weighing performance for handheld and portable applications. Powered by three widely available AA alkaline batteries, the unit offers exceptionally long battery life of up to 1600 hours, making it well suited for field use and remote weighing tasks where frequent battery changes are impractical. Its 6-digit LCD display features an LED backlight and panoramic FSTN viewing angle, keeping readings clear and legible across a range of lighting conditions and viewing positions.
Rated to an IP65 protection standard, the 805HP withstands dust and water exposure common in industrial, agricultural, and outdoor environments. The indicator supports kg, g, t, lb, Klb, N, kN, oz, and user-defined units, giving operators flexibility across regions and applications. Configurable functions include two set-points for precaution and warning alerts, user-selectable display intervals, overloading recording, ten selectable analog-to-digital converting frequencies, and both weight and digital calibration modes, allowing technicians to fine-tune performance for specific load cell setups.
The 805HP supports Auto-Zero-Tracking, Auto-Zero, Manual-Zero, Hold, Peak-Hold, and TARE functions, along with user-selectable auto power-off and power-saving timing to extend battery life between changes. It accommodates up to 8 load cells at 350Ω or 32 load cells at 1000Ω, with a tare range of 100% full scale and power consumption of just 5mW. Three part number variants are available: a load-cell-only connection, an RS-232 communication version for data output to external systems, and a dual load-cell connector configuration, giving integrators flexibility to match the indicator to their system architecture.
If your operation requires a portable, battery-powered weight indicator for handheld scales, remote displays, or field weighing systems, ANYLOAD can assist with product selection and configuration. We work with equipment manufacturers, technical sales professionals, and system integrators to match indicator specifications, communication interfaces, and load cell compatibility to specific application requirements.
