The ANYLOAD 815TS is a rugged LED industrial weight indicator designed for legal-for-trade weighing applications requiring reliable performance in demanding environments. Featuring a 0.8″ 6-digit, 7-segment LED display, the 815TS provides clear indication of gross, net, and tare weight along with stability and center-of-zero status, supporting up to four selectable units of measurement (kg, lb, oz, and g).
Built with a weatherproof stainless steel NEMA4X/IP66 enclosure and a breather vent to prevent internal condensation, the 815TS is engineered for use in wash-down and harsh industrial settings. It connects to up to 8×350Ω or 16×700Ω load cells and offers extensive connectivity with two independent RS-232 ports and one RS-485 port, along with two Form C output relays for set point control. Advanced features include weight, peak, set point, and piece counting functions, password-protected calibration, and physical/electronic sealing via an audit trail function for trade-legal integrity.

The capacity can be set in F1.7. The maximum capacity is 999999 in the unit that the device is set to. The unit can be changed in F1.3.
What communication interfaces does the 815-series have?
There are two communication ports available as RS232-1 and RS232-2. The baud rate and data bit setting can be accessed in F5.0-F5.9.
