The 805TS Digital Weight Indicator is a rugged stainless steel indicator built for demanding industrial weighing environments. Housed in an SS304 enclosure with an IP66 rating, it delivers reliable performance in washdown, food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications where moisture and corrosion resistance are essential. Approved to NTEP III/IIIL 10,000 divisions and Measurement Canada III, 10,000 (III HD 20,000), the 805TS is well suited for legal-for-trade weighing operations.
The 805TS features a bright 6-digit LED display and front panel calibration and configuration, allowing operators to set up and adjust the indicator without additional software or tools. It supports up to 8 load cells at 350Ω or 16 load cells at 700Ω, giving it the flexibility to handle bench scales, floor scales, hopper scales, and multi-cell platform configurations. Built-in functions include Auto Zero Scale, Auto Zero Tracking, PEAK, COUNT, Zero Scale, TARE, and GROSS/NET, covering the core needs of most industrial and commercial weighing operations.
Communication is handled through onboard RS-232C and RS-485 ports, supporting programmable print formats and serial connection to printers, PLCs, and remote displays. A two-way relay signal output and built-in clock add further flexibility for process control, batching, and data logging applications. Powered by an external AC adaptor rated for 110VAC or 220VAC (50-60Hz), the 805TS is available with either an internal or external transformer to suit different installation preferences.
