The ANYLOAD 110RH and 110RH-ST are alloy steel tension link load cells featuring a patented design for overhead weighing, lifting, and force measurement applications. Available in capacities ranging from 500kg – 100t (110RH) and 500kg – 20t (110RH-ST), these tension links deliver a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V with a recommended excitation of 10V and a safe overload rating of 200% of full scale. The IP67-sealed 110RH and its companion IP65 options are approved under NTEP, OIML, ATEX, FM, and IECEx standards, making them suitable for use in hazardous and legally-for-trade environments.

The 110RH-ST variant is dimensioned to match standard Crosby shackles directly, simplifying integration into existing rigging and lifting systems without the need for adapters. Both models ship with a 7-pin connector and 6.1×10m cable and are available in multiple electrical configurations, including standard 1100Ω/1000Ω and optional 400Ω/350Ω input/output resistance versions. With nonlinearity, repeatability, and hysteresis all below ±0.03%, these tension links are engineered for precise, repeatable measurement in demanding industrial environments.

The 110RH series is well suited for overhead crane weighing, material handling, rigging tension monitoring, and industrial force measurement across sectors such as marine, construction, mining, oil and gas, and heavy manufacturing.
