The ANYLOAD 110RH-WL TENSLINK is a patented wireless alloy steel tension link load cell engineered for dynamic and static tension force measurement in lifting, rigging, and overhead load monitoring applications. Available in rated capacities ranging from 500kg – 100t, the 110RH-WL transmits live load data wirelessly via 433 MHz or 915 MHz radio frequency, eliminating the need for cable connections between the sensor and indicator in field and industrial environments.
The TENSLINK wireless system operates on 3×AA alkaline batteries with up to 100 hours of continuous runtime at the lowest power setting, and transmits load readings up to 75 metres in unobstructed conditions at the highest power setting. With a combined error of just 0.03% and an IP67-rated powder-coated alloy steel enclosure, the 110RH-WL is built for reliable performance in outdoor, marine, and demanding industrial environments where wired solutions are impractical.
The 110RH-WL is designed to integrate directly into standard shackle-based rigging setups, with suggested Crosby G-2130 and G-2140 shackles specified per capacity range.
