106AS 캐니스터 로드셀
The ANYLOAD 106AS is a stainless steel canister-style compression load cell designed for high-capacity weighing applications ranging from 5 to 50 metric tons. Built from 2Cr13 stainless steel, the 106AS delivers reliable and repeatable performance in demanding industrial environments, with an IP67 environmental seal rating that protects against dust and water ingress. Its compact canister-and-disk form factor makes it well-suited for use in tank weighing, hopper scales, platform scales, silo weighing, and other structural compression weighing systems where durability and long-term stability are critical.
The 106AS offers strong metrological performance, with non-linearity and hysteresis each rated below ±0.023% and repeatability below ±0.017%, making it appropriate for industrial process weighing and inventory management applications. With a full scale output of 1.5 mV/V and a recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum), it integrates cleanly into standard analog weight instrumentation.
Mounting hardware — including the MC106AH mounting cap, MB106AH mounting base, and F106A-2A rubber O-ring — is available separately for all capacity ranges. These accessories are made from alloy steel and are designed to ensure proper load introduction and alignment in installed weighing systems. The 106AS is CE and RoHS certified and is suitable for use across a wide range of industries including aggregate processing, bulk storage, food and beverage, chemical, and general industrial weighing.
