The FSP-SS-S4 Stainless Steel Floor Scale is a heavy-duty industrial platform scale built from 17-4PH and 304 stainless steel, engineered for reliable weighing in washdown, corrosive, and sanitary environments. With platform sizes of 3×3, 4×4, and 5×5 feet and rated capacities from 500 kg to 10 Klb, the FSP-SS-S4 gives facilities flexibility to match a durable, low-maintenance floor scale to their specific throughput and load requirements.
Each complete set includes IP68-rated stainless steel 563YS load cells carrying OIML MAA and NTEP certification, four swivel stainless steel feet (AMFS4) with removable rubber bases for stability on uneven floors, two eyebolts for lifting, an IP65 stainless steel junction box (J04ES-FS), and a built-in level bubble for accurate setup. The rigid steel channel frame, pre-trimmed corners, and threaded eyebolt holes simplify installation, handling, and long-term maintenance in demanding plant environments. FSP-SS-S4 floor scale is covered under warranty for a period of 3 years and is available in standard as well as custom sizes.
The stainless steel construction and sealed components make the FSP-SS-S4 well suited for food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical handling, and other wash-down or sanitary industrial settings where standard painted-steel scales would corrode. It carries Measurement Canada approval on select capacities and NTEP 1:5000 Class III approval across its full capacity range, supporting legal-for-trade pallet, drum, and tote weighing applications.
