The ANYLOAD BG Bumper Guard is a heavy-duty mild steel protection bar designed to shield floor scale and platform scale edges from impact damage in busy industrial environments. Finished with a high-quality yellow powder coat for maximum visibility, the BG bumper guard bar is available in three lengths — BG-36C, BG-48C, and BG-59C — to match a wide range of floor scale platform sizes.
Each BG Bumper Guard kit includes one bumper guard bar, two L-shape base mounting plates (BG-P80), and four M12 x 35mm nuts and bolts (BOLT-M12X35-BGP80), providing everything needed for a straightforward installation around the perimeter of a floor scale. The rugged construction is built to absorb repeated contact from forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, helping to prevent costly damage to scale edges and load-bearing components.
For complete perimeter protection, the matching BGC (Bumper Guard Corner) is available as a separate order. Sharing the same heavy-duty mild steel construction and yellow coating, the BGC allows facilities to protect scale corners as well as straight edges, ensuring consistent visibility and impact resistance around the entire platform.
