The ANYLOAD 563YS is a 17-4PH stainless steel single ended beam load cell designed for precision weighing and force measurement. It covers rated capacities from 500 lb to 20 Klb (250 kg to 10 t) with a 2.0 mV/V full scale output. Zero balance is tightly controlled, and nonlinearity, repeatability, and hysteresis are all held below roughly 0.023% of full scale, with creep over 30 minutes held below 0.030%. Engineers and OEM designers will find it well suited to platform, tank, hopper, and process weighing applications. The welded seal construction carries an IP68 rating, with safe overload of 150% and breaking overload of 300% of full scale.
Installation is straightforward, with capacity-specific mounting threads ranging from M12x1.75 to 1-14 UNS-2B, and a dimensional drawing and table giving every length, width, height, and hole dimension in both lb/inches and kg/mm. The datasheet also documents the 350 ohm input and output resistance, 10V recommended excitation (15V maximum), and the -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F) compensated temperature range.
