Each SPACERSS features a dual-hole plate design with precise center-to-center hole spacing (L1, L2), overall length, width, height, and bore diameter dimensions to ensure accurate alignment and reliable load transfer beneath the load cell mounting points. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, the SPACERSS is well suited for washdown environments, food and beverage processing facilities, and other applications where hygiene, cleanability, and corrosion resistance are important considerations.

Self-weight ranges from approximately 0.05 kg for the SPACERSS-1/2 up to 0.15 kg for the SPACERSS-1, keeping the component lightweight while maintaining the structural support needed for platform scale installations. The SPACERSS is typically specified by scale manufacturers, system integrators, and service technicians building or retrofitting floor scale platforms that require a stainless steel spacer compatible with ANYLOAD’s 563 series load cells.
