The ANYLOAD SPACER is an alloy steel load cell spacer plate designed to provide proper mounting height and clearance between a load cell and its supporting structure in floor scale platform assemblies. It pairs with the 563 series load cells and is available in three sizes to accommodate capacities from 100 kg to 10,000 kg (100 lb to 20,000 lb).
The SPACER features a dual-hole design aligned to standard load cell mounting patterns, simplifying installation on new floor scale builds or during hardware servicing and upgrades. The 1/2, 3/4, and 1 sizes allow scale builders and integrators to match spacer dimensions precisely to the load cell capacity and mounting footprint required for a given platform, with published dimensions for length, width, height, hole diameter, and hole spacing supporting accurate specification.
Built from alloy steel, the SPACER suits general-purpose industrial floor scale applications where a durable, cost-effective mounting spacer is needed. The component remains lightweight, ranging from approximately 0.05 kg to 0.15 kg depending on size, adding minimal mass to the overall scale assembly while maintaining reliable structural support.
