Each unit is equipped with independent potentiometers per load cell channel, allowing individual excitation or signal trimming to balance multi-cell platforms such as truck scales, tank scales, hopper scales, and floor scales. The J06ES model uses excitation trimming while the J06SS model uses signal trimming, giving integrators flexibility to match their preferred calibration method. Captive stainless steel screws along with M16 input and M20 output cable fittings ensure a secure, tamper-resistant seal that holds up over years of service in demanding plant environments.

For installations requiring lightning and surge protection, the J06ES-II and J06SS-II variants add this feature without changing the mechanical footprint or weight, making them straightforward drop-in upgrades. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved “-Ex” versions are also available for use in hazardous locations such as grain handling, chemical processing, and oil and gas facilities where explosion protection is required.
