108AA Cellule de charge à point unique
The ANYLOAD 108AA is a compact aluminum single point compression load cell built for precision small-capacity weighing. Available in eight capacities — 100g, 200g, 300g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, and 5kg — it delivers excellent accuracy, with non-linearity and hysteresis as low as ±0.017% on 1kg to 5kg models, and OIML C3 compliance across that range. Environmentally sealed to IP66, it is well suited to demanding environments.
Constructed from clear anodized aluminum and RoHS compliant, the 108AA weighs only about 0.1 kg and has a slim 92 mm body with M4 mounting threads, making it easy to integrate into compact designs. It supports a recommended 10V excitation (15V maximum), offers a full-scale output of 1.0 mV/V on the 500g model and 2.0 mV/V on 1kg and higher, and withstands 150% safe overload and 300% breaking overload. Reference platform sizes reach 200×200 mm for the 500g model and 230×230 mm for 1kg and above.
Each 108AA comes with a 0.5 m shielded 4-wire cable with a clear color code for fast wiring, and a nominal operating range of -10°C to 40°C (14°F to 104°F). ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved “-Ex” versions are available for hazardous-area applications, and additional OIML class options can be arranged by contacting Anyload.
