The ANYLOAD WL900 is a wireless RF transmitter/receiver module designed exclusively for the weighing industry, enabling easy connection of weight indicators to remote displays without running physical cabling. Its Auto-Learn technology automatically configures communication settings, simplifying setup and reducing installation time for technicians in the field. Housed in a stainless steel NEMA4-rated enclosure with a GORE breather vent to prevent condensation, the WL900 is built for reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 50°C (-40°F to 122°F).
The module offers flexible connectivity with independent RS-232, RS-485, and 20mA communication ports, supporting baud rates from 300 to 57600, along with a dry contact switch and form C relay for input and output signaling. It transmits over selectable frequency bands (900MHz, 920MHz, or 2.4GHz) with an indoor/urban range of up to 100m (300ft) and outdoor line-of-sight range of up to 300m (1000ft), using a whip RPSMA antenna and 250mW output power. Lightning ESD protection on communication lines and universal worldwide emission approvals (FCC, IC, C-Tick) make it suitable for demanding industrial deployments.
Available in both transmitter and receiver configurations across three frequency/region variants, the WL900 gives system integrators flexibility to match regional regulatory requirements. For sites requiring multiple WL900 units, ANYLOAD can pre-configure each module to operate on separate channels to prevent signal interference. Ideal for industrial weighing applications where remote weight display, data relay, or wireless indicator networking is needed, such as scale houses, silos, tank farms, and other facilities where running signal cable is impractical.
