The ANYLOAD J08SPA-E-24A Signal Trim ABS Junction Box is a multi-cell summing enclosure designed to connect and trim 2 to 8 single load cells within industrial weighing systems. Constructed from ABS engineering plastic with an IP66 rating, it is designed for reliable load cell summing in demanding weighing applications. The J08SPA-E-24A supports section or individual cell trimming with signal trim, providing precise adjustment of individual load cell outputs for accurate system performance.
Designed for practical field installation, the J08SPA-E-24A features bottom cable access for load cells, making it particularly suitable for vertical truck scale mounting. Quick release load cell connectors and dedicated section and individual load cell trim potentiometers simplify installation, adjustment, and maintenance. The junction box also includes an expansion port for wiring additional junction boxes when required for larger weighing systems.
The J08SPA-E-24A incorporates lightning and over-voltage surge protection, power control for individual channels via jumpers, and continuous load-cell shielding with single-point grounding at the indicator to help prevent ground loops. A GORE breather vent aids in moisture removal, while the included gel pack supports cover seal lubrication for long-term enclosure maintenance.
