The ANYLOAD 563SHBB is a single ended beam load cell constructed from nickel-plated alloy steel, designed for platform scales, bench scales, and general industrial weighing applications requiring compact, reliable force measurement. Available in rated capacities from 50lb – 2.5Klb, the 563SHBB delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V with non-linearity and hysteresis error each within ±0.030%, making it well-suited for both OEM scale manufacturing and replacement installations in commercial and industrial environments.

The 563SHBB features an environmentally sealed IP65 rating, providing protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets — suitable for use in food processing, agricultural, and light industrial settings where washdown or dusty conditions are a factor. Its compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F), combined with a safe overload capacity of 150% and a breaking overload of 300% of full scale, ensures durability and consistent performance under variable loading conditions and real-world installation environments.

ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous and explosive environments. RoHS and CE compliant.
