563FS3A Multi-Axis Sensor
The ANYLOAD 563FS3A is a compact stainless steel tri-axial force sensor designed to simultaneously measure forces in three orthogonal directions — Fx, Fy, and Fz — within a single low-profile load button housing. Constructed from 17-4PH stainless steel, the 563FS3A is built for demanding industrial force measurement applications where multi-axis load data is required in a confined installation envelope. The sensor carries a rated capacity of 40kN and delivers reliable, repeatable performance with less than ±1.0% non-linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability across all three axes.
The 563FS3A features an environmentally sealed IP67 housing suitable for use in wet or washdown environments, with excitation of 10V recommended and a maximum of 15V. The sensor operates across a nominal temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F) and provides a safe overload capacity of 150% and a breaking overload of 300% of full scale. Its 1/2-14 NPT port and standard M12 threaded mounting interface simplify integration into test fixtures, structural monitoring systems, and machine frames. A 5-meter cable with color-coded conductors for each axis is included as standard.
Approved for use in hazardous locations, the 563FS3A is available in ATEX, FM, and IECEx certified versions (designated with the “-Ex” suffix), making it suitable for deployment in oil and gas, chemical processing, and other classified environments. The sensor is also CE and RoHS compliant, supporting use across a broad range of regulated industries and international markets.
