The MK4-563YHM4 Weigh Module Kit is a complete four-module weighing system designed for reliable tank, vessel, and hopper weighing in a single, ready-to-install package. Built around four best-selling 563YH alloy steel true shear beam load cells and matching 563YHM4 weigh modules, the kit includes a J04SA-16 IP67 water-resistant junction box with GORE breather vent and a 65 ft (20 m) shielded home run cable. Available in capacities from 100 lb to 10 Klb per module, it fits a wide range of process weighing requirements, including most outdoor tank and vessel applications.
The rocker pin-loading design gives each module the freedom needed for proper alignment and thermal expansion, while integrated protection against both overload and uplift helps keep the installation stable and secure. The adaptable low-profile design saves installation time: the top plate mounts directly to the vessel or tank leg, and four additional bolt holes in the bottom plate match the typical tank leg bolt pattern in the floor. This makes the kit well suited to new installations as well as retrofits of existing tanks and vessels where fast, straightforward mounting is important.
En 563YH load cells use conventional wiring and color coding for easy integration with standard weight indicators, controllers, and PLC-based systems. Certification options include NTEP (250 lb to 20 Klb and 200 kg to 5 t), OIML (1 Klb to 20 Klb and 500 kg to 10 t), CE, RoHS, and ExNepsi, supporting legal-for-trade applications and a variety of regulatory requirements. Typical applications include process tanks, storage vessels, mixing and batching systems, hoppers, and level-by-weight monitoring in the chemical, food and beverage, agricultural, water treatment, and general industrial sectors.
