The MK4-102EHM2 Weigh Module Kit is a complete four-module weighing solution designed for hopper, tank, and bin applications where durability and dependable measurement are essential. Each kit uses four 102EH alloy steel double-ended beam load cells mounted in 102EHM2 weigh modules, giving engineers and system integrators a stable platform for medium- to high-capacity vessel weighing. Available in capacities from 2.5Klb to 60Klb per load cell, the MK4-102EHM2 can be matched to a wide range of vessel sizes and loading requirements.
Each kit ships with everything needed to build a four-point weighing system, including a J04SA-16 IP67 water-resistant junction box and a 65 ft (20 m) roll of shielded 4-wire PVC cable with copper braid and foil shielding. The junction box is equipped with corner trim pots to simplify load cell balancing during setup, and conventional wiring and color coding make installation and commissioning familiar to technicians. The weigh modules provide uplift protection and allowance for thermal expansion, helping keep the vessel secure and the measurement stable as conditions change.
The MK4-102EHM2 is well suited to bulk material measurement in process plants, agriculture, chemical, food processing, and general industrial facilities where hoppers, bins, and tanks must be weighed for inventory control, batching, or level monitoring. The load cells carry CE, RoHS, and ExNepsi certifications, and the datasheet also lists ATEX, FM, and IECEx marks, supporting use in demanding industrial environments.
