The ANYLOAD 563YHM2-02 is an alloy steel compression weigh module engineered to work with the 563YH single ended beam load cell across capacities ranging from 100lb to 10Klb (100 kg to 5t). Its center-pivoted, self-checking design converts tension loads applied to the load cell into compression load application, extending load cell service life and improving measurement stability. Spherical washers provide enhanced floating freedom, allowing the weigh module to self-align and accommodate minor structural movement or thermal expansion in the mounting structure.
The 563YHM2-02 is suited for tank, hopper, and vessel weighing applications where compression-style mounting is required. Its alloy steel construction delivers durability in industrial environments, while the compact form factor accommodates installations where space is constrained. Two size variants cover the full capacity range: the standard envelope for 100lb to SE5Klb applications, and a larger envelope for 5Klb to 10Klb applications. The module is interchangeable with the Rice Lake RL1800, making it a compatible retrofit option for existing installations using that platform.
The 563YHM2-02 is offered without a load cell, allowing system integrators and OEMs to pair it with the appropriate 563YH load cell for their specific capacity and approval requirements. Supported load cell certifications include OIML, CE, ATEX, IECEx, FM, and RoHS, making the assembly suitable for use in hazardous area installations and regulated trade applications.
