The ANYLOAD 535TS is a stainless steel load pin load cell designed for accurate force and load measurement in pin-mounted applications. Available in seven capacities from 2t up to 100t, it delivers a full scale output of 1.0 mV/V with tightly controlled zero balance, nonlinearity, repeatability, hysteresis, and creep. Built from 2Cr13 stainless steel, it is intended for engineers and OEM designers who need a rugged, dependable load pin for demanding environments. The environmentally sealed construction carries an IP67 rating, with a safe overload of 150% and a breaking overload of 400% of full scale.
Integration is simple. A standard 4-wire signal and excitation cable with a clear color code, plus a shield wire, connects directly to your instrumentation, and capacities of 10t and above ship with a generous 10 m cable run. A 350 Ω output, 10V recommended excitation, and temperature compensation from -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F) keep performance consistent across typical operating conditions. Clearly defined polarity for compression and tension loading lets you design, install, and calibrate the 535TS with confidence and without guesswork.
The 535TS is RoHS compliant, and ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for hazardous-area use.
