The ANYLOAD 102AH is a nickel-plated alloy steel double ended beam load cell designed for accurate, dependable force and weight measurement in heavy-capacity weighing systems. It is offered in seven rated capacities from 5t to 50t with a 2.0 mV/V full-scale output and a tightly controlled zero balance. Nonlinearity, hysteresis, and creep errors stay below 0.023% of full scale, and repeatability is better than 0.017%, giving engineers and OEM designers consistent performance when specifying a load cell. Environmentally sealed to IP67, the 102AH withstands 150% of full scale as a safe overload and 300% as a breaking overload.
Mounting hardware is included, and the dimensional drawing with metric and imperial dimension tables for the 5t-15t, 20t-30t, and 50t groups, plus approximate unit weights from 16.4 kg to 30.7 kg. Wiring is simple with a clear cable color code (red excitation+, black excitation-, green signal+, white signal-, bare shield) on a 10 m, 6.1 mm diameter cable.
