Precision counting functions include single weight and quantity sampling, automatic single weight correction, and linearity correction, allowing the EC110 to maintain accuracy as piece counts and batch sizes change. Quantity warning and accumulating functions, along with upper and lower limit alarms, help operators manage large counting runs and flag out-of-tolerance batches in real time.

Built for flexible deployment, the EC110 runs on a built-in rechargeable battery or an included 12V 500mA AC adaptor, supporting long-term use in locations without constant access to A/C power. A dust and damp proof keyboard adds durability in warehouse and shop-floor settings, while calibration locking prevents unauthorized parameter changes and protects measurement integrity. A standard RS-232 interface allows the EC110 to integrate with printers, PCs, and other peripherals for data logging and reporting.
