563YHM2-03 Module de pesage par compression
The ANYLOAD 563YHM2-03 is an alloy steel compression weigh module designed to work with the 563YH single ended beam load cell across capacities ranging from 100lb to 10Klb (100kg – 5t). The module features a center-pivoted, self-checking design that converts tension loads applied to the load cell into compression load applications, extending load cell service life and improving measurement consistency. Spherical washers provide greater floating freedom, allowing the weigh module to self-align under load and accommodate minor structural movement or misalignment in the mounting surface.
The 563YHM2-03 is available in four capacity variants with corresponding part numbers, and approximate assembled weights ranging from 9.1 kg to 11.0 kg depending on configuration. The module carries certifications including OIML, CE, ATEX, FM Approved, IECEx, and RoHS, making it suitable for use in hazardous area installations and regulated weighing applications. It is also referenced as an interchangeable alternative to the Rice Lake RL1800 weigh module.
This weigh module is well suited for tank, hopper, and vessel weighing applications in industries such as chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, agriculture, and bulk material handling where reliable compression-based load measurement and mechanical self-alignment are required.
