The TMA-108B Aluminum Compression Test Mount is a compact single-point load cell and mount assembly designed for small-scale weighing and force measurement in compression test setups. Available in 6 kg and 20 kg capacities, with additional capacities of 3 kg, 7 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, and 30 kg produced on request, it combines an aluminum single-point load cell with an aluminum mount in a footprint of just 154 x 88 mm and a height of 44 mm. The load cell is included, making the assembly ready to connect to indicators, remote displays, printers, computers, and PLCs.
The TMA-108B mount incorporates four-point overload protection and anti-lifting protection, helping safeguard the load cell during handling, installation, and repeated test cycles. The load cell carries CE, RoHS, Ex, OIML MAA, and NTEP approvals, supporting use in regulated, legal-for-trade, and industrial environments. At approximately 0.8 kg and supplied with a 3.8 mm x 1 m cable (a 6-wire cable is available as an option), the assembly is easy to integrate into compact equipment and test fixtures.
Designed for OEM integration and bench-top measurement, the TMA-108B is well suited to compression test stations, small-scale weighing platforms, filling and dosing equipment, packaging and inspection systems, laboratory fixtures, and custom machinery that requires a compact, protected weighing module.
