The ANYLOAD AN310 is a panel mount weighing indicator featuring a 3.46″ color IPS touch screen display, designed to deliver precise, real-time weight data with a modern, ergonomic interface. Its ultra-high-speed 5kHz A/D sample rate and internal resolution of 16,000,000 counts provide fast, accurate weight capture even in dynamic weighing scenarios, while a display resolution of up to 99,999,999 ensures clear readability across a wide range of measurement units including kg, lb, N, and kg*m.
Built with an ABS enclosure and rated IP40, the AN310 is engineered for reliable performance in industrial environments, with an operating temperature range of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C). It supports an analog signal input range of 0-39 mV and accepts up to 8 load cells at 350 Ω excitation, making it adaptable to a variety of scale platform configurations. Communication flexibility is a core strength of this indicator, with RS-232 as standard and optional RS-485 (Modbus-RTU) or Ethernet (TCP/IP & Modbus-TCP) connectivity, plus an optional analog output (voltage or 4-20mA) for seamless integration into PLCs and automation systems.
The AN310 also includes 4 digital inputs (photocoupler) and 4 digital outputs (PhotoMOS relay) for flexible external control, along with password-protected calibration access and 10-point calibration capability supporting both real-load and digital calibration methods.
