563YX-AS-VAC Célula de carga monohaz

The 563Yx-AS-VAC is a custom-engineered shear beam load cell designed for environments where standard sensors fall short — vacuum chambers, space simulation facilities, semiconductor process equipment, and high-temperature research and industrial settings. Built on ANYLOAD’s proven 563YH shear beam platform, it offers vacuum operation down to 1 Pa (≈1×10⁻³ Torr) and a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 150°C, operational up to 200°C, giving engineers a configurable sensor for extreme thermal and pressure conditions.

Every 563Yx-AS-VAC unit is engineered to order rather than pulled off a shelf. Sealed internal cavities and low-outgassing construction make the vacuum-compatible option suitable for repeated cycling between pressurized and vacuum states, while the high-temperature configuration is built with custom high-temperature-rated wiring and materials to hold performance under sustained thermal load. Available in stainless steel, alloy steel, or aluminum load-bearing elements across capacities from 100 lb to 20,000 lb (100 kg to 20t), the platform gives engineers a wide range of mechanical starting points to adapt to a specific chamber, test rig, or process line.

This makes the 563Yx-AS-VAC well suited for aerospace testing, semiconductor process tooling, metallurgical furnaces, space simulation facilities, and advanced research applications where off-the-shelf load cells cannot survive the operating environment. ATEX, FM, and IECEx-approved “-EX” variants are available for hazardous-area installations, and the platform can also be supplied as a complete weigh module (563YHM2, 563YHM4-02) for NTEP and OIML-certified scale applications.

Because these are configured rather than catalog products, ANYLOAD’s engineering team works directly with customers on geometry, mounting, temperature compensation, and electrical output to align each load cell with system-level requirements.
