The ANYLOAD 563YSLB is a single-ended beam load cell machined from 2Cr13 stainless steel, designed for platform scales, bench scales, and general industrial weighing applications requiring a compact, environmentally sealed sensing element. Available in rated capacities of 500lb, 1Klb, and 2.5Klb (226.8 to 1,134 kg), the 563YSLB delivers a full scale output of 1.85–1.9 mV/V with non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis all held within ±0.023%, making it well suited for applications where consistent and repeatable measurement is essential.

The cell is rated IP67 environmentally sealed, with a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F), a safe overload capacity of 150% of full scale, and a breaking overload of 300%. Its compact form factor — 4.72 inches in length with M12×1.75 threaded mounting — allows straightforward integration into OEM scale platforms and custom weighing fixtures. The 563YSLB is a direct interchangeable replacement for Cardinal LFB-series and Coti Global CG-HMT load cells, simplifying drop-in retrofits for service and distribution applications.

ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous and explosive environments. The 563YSLB is RoHS compliant and CE marked, and is suitable for deployment across legal-for-trade and industrial weighing systems in food processing, agriculture, logistics, and general manufacturing.
