The ANYLOAD 563YSBK and 563YSBKUN are stainless steel single ended beam load cells available in rated capacities from 200kg to 2t. Constructed from 2Cr13 stainless steel with an IP67 environmentally sealed rating, these load cells are engineered for reliable, repeatable performance in industrial weighing applications. With a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V and non-linearity under ±0.023%, the 563YSBK and 563YSBKUN deliver precise measurement across a broad range of platform, tank, and hopper scale installations.
The two models differ in mounting thread configuration: the 563YSBK uses M12 mounting hardware, while the 563YSBKUN uses 1/2-20 UNF threads, allowing integrators to select the appropriate version for their mechanical design. Both share identical body dimensions and specifications, simplifying system design and inventory management. The load cells include a 3.0-meter cable with standard color-coded wiring (Exc+ Red, Exc- Black, Sig+ Green, Sig- White, Shield Bare) and are compatible with a recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum).
ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with the “-Ex” suffix, making these load cells suitable for hazardous and explosive environments. The 563YSBK and 563YSBKUN are interchangeable with the Flintec BK2, providing a direct replacement option for systems originally specified with that model. RoHS and CE certified, these load cells are well-suited for use in legal-for-trade and export-controlled markets.
