The ANYLOAD 563YHFK is an alloy steel, nickel-plated single ended beam load cell available in capacities ranging from 125kg – 10t, designed for platform scales, floor scales, and general industrial weighing applications. Its compact shear beam construction delivers high accuracy with non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis error all within ±0.017%, making it suitable for both legal-for-trade and process weighing installations.
The 563YHFK is offered in two environmentally sealed configurations — IP66 for capacities up to 250kg and IP67 for capacities of 500 kg and above — providing reliable protection in wet, washdown, and demanding industrial environments. With a full scale output of 2.2 mV/V and compatibility with 10V excitation (15V maximum), the load cell integrates easily with standard weight controllers and instrumentation. The seven-meter factory-fitted cable and standardized mounting footprint simplify installation across a wide range of scale frame designs.
Certified to NTEP Class III and OIML standards across all capacity ranges, the 563YHFK is approved for use in single-cell and multiple-cell legal-for-trade weighing systems. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are also available with the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous and explosive environments. Interchangeable references to Kelba models KA125N through KA10000N are provided for retrofit and replacement applications.
