The ANYLOAD 563YA is a single ended beam load cell constructed from clear anodized aluminum, designed for general-purpose weighing applications requiring a compact, cost-effective shear beam sensor. Available in 200lb – 300lb rated capacities, the 563YA delivers a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% with excellent accuracy characteristics, including non-linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis error all within ±0.017% of full scale.

The 563YA features an IP67 environmentally sealed rating, making it suitable for use in light industrial and commercial environments where moisture protection is required. With a recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum) and standard 350Ω input and output resistance, the sensor integrates easily into most analog weighing systems and instrumentation. Its 1/2-20 UNF-2B mounting thread and dimensional footprint make it a direct interchangeable replacement for the Vishay Tedea-Huntleigh Model 3310 in imperial thread configurations.

For applications requiring hazardous area compliance, the 563YA is also available in ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions with the “-Ex” suffix, broadening its suitability for use in potentially explosive environments. The load cell ships with a 6-meter cable and weighs approximately 0.6 kg, offering a lightweight and easy-to-install solution for platform scales, bench scales, industrial weighing systems, and OEM applications.
