The ANYLOAD 363TSM1 ThinWeigh is a US-patented, super thin, low-profile compression weigh module constructed from high-grade 17-4PH stainless steel with a hermetic IP68/IP69K seal. Its exceptionally compact design makes it ideal for space-constrained static weighing applications, including tanks, hoppers, silos, and platform scales with limited vertical clearance. Available in capacities ranging from 500kg – 100t (1Klb – 200Klb), the 363TSM1 delivers a full scale output of 3.0 mV/V ±0.25% with repeatability under ±0.05%, offering reliable and precise measurement across a wide range of industrial and commercial weighing installations.

The module’s patented ThinWeigh design eliminates the need for pre-assembly before installation, reducing setup time on-site. Built-in uplift protection and side load protection—each rated at 50% of full scale—provide structural resilience in dynamic or uneven loading environments. The 360° thermal expansion accommodation prevents measurement error caused by temperature-induced structural movement, making the 363TSM1 suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations over a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F).

The 363TSM1 is available with cable lengths of 6m or 10m, depending on rated capacity, and is offered alongside an optional, separately ordered mounting top plate (TP363TSM1 series) for complete installation flexibility. For alloy steel construction requirements, the 363THM1 variant is available as an alternative.
