The ANYLOAD 651HS is a 17-4PH stainless steel single point load cell designed for precision platform scale and weighing system applications. Available in capacities from 6kg to 60kg, it delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V with tightly controlled zero balance, and non-linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, and creep all held within 0.03% of full scale or better. Engineers and OEM designers will find it well suited to compact platforms up to 350×350 mm. The welded IP68/IP69K seal protects it in washdown and harsh environments, and it is rated for a safe overload of 150% and a breaking overload of 300% of full scale.
Installation is straightforward, with M6 threaded mounting holes (10 mm depth) and a color-coded cable: red for excitation positive, black for excitation negative, green for signal positive, white for signal negative, and a bare shield wire. The datasheet provides dimensional drawings and tables in both inches and millimeters, along with input resistance, output resistance, insulation resistance, recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum), and a nominal temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F).
