The ANYLOAD 102RH is a nickel-plated alloy steel double ended beam load cell designed for accurate weight and force measurement in multiple-cell weighing systems. It is offered in rated capacities of 10t and 15t, plus 50Klb, 65Klb, 75Klb, 100Klb, and 125Klb, with a nominal full scale output of 3.0 mV/V and a tightly controlled zero balance. Nonlinearity, hysteresis, and creep are held below roughly 0.023 percent, and repeatability below 0.017 percent, giving engineers and OEM designers a stable, repeatable signal. The welded seal carries an IP68 rating, and the cell is protected by a safe overload of 150% and a breaking overload of 300% of full scale.
The datasheet gives a full dimensional drawing and table for each capacity, so mounting and fitment can be planned before ordering. Center-hole and no-center-hole versions are documented, along with approximate weights. Electrical specs include 700 ohm input and output resistance, a recommended excitation of 10V (15V maximum), and a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F). The cable uses a standard color code: red for excitation positive, black for excitation negative, green for signal positive, white for signal negative, and a bare shield wire.
