535TS Amplified Load Pin

The ANYLOAD analog amplified load pin is a force sensor with integrated 0–10 V or 4–20 mA output, designed to replace structural load-bearing pins while providing direct analog feedback to PLC and industrial control systems. It is built for applications where a stable analog signal is preferred over digital bus communication, and where the mechanical pin itself must be engineered to match the host equipment. While offered as a standard product family, most load pins are customized in diameter, length, mounting style, and cable exit to fit the exact machine design.

The integrated amplifier converts the internal strain gauge signal into a scaled voltage or current output compatible with common PLC analog input modules from Siemens, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi, Omron, and similar platforms. The 4–20 mA version is typically selected for long cable runs and electrically noisy environments, while 0–10 V integrates easily into control panels and machine automation systems. These amplified load pins are widely used in construction equipment, agriculture machinery, lifting systems, cranes, winches, material handling, and industrial controls where force monitoring, overload protection, or closed-loop control is required.

As a load pin is both a structural and sensing element, customization focuses primarily on the mechanical interface: pin diameter, effective shear area, retaining features, cross-drilling, center bore, connector type, and environmental sealing. Electrical output options are standardized around analog formats for straightforward PLC integration, while calibration scaling and cable configuration can be defined per project. This approach ensures the load pin functions as a direct mechanical replacement while delivering reliable analog force measurement for OEM and system integrator applications.
