The 363YS is a heavy-duty stainless steel canister load cell engineered for high-capacity industrial weighing, with rated capacities spanning from 1t up to 300t. Its compact disk-style geometry and welded IP68 seal construction make it well suited for harsh, washdown, and outdoor environments, providing reliable compression-based force measurement across a wide range of vessel and structural weighing applications.
Built from 2Cr13 stainless steel sensing elements, the 363YS delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V with non-linearity as tight as ±0.050% on lower capacities and ±0.30% on capacities of 10t and above, along with strong repeatability and low hysteresis error. Rated for 150% safe overload and 300% breaking overload, the load cell offers a wide safety margin for demanding applications such as tank, silo, hopper, and vessel weighing where reliability under sustained heavy loads is essential.
Available in eleven capacity variants from 1t through 300t, the 363YS is suited to large-scale industrial installations including bulk storage vessels, process tanks, and heavy structural weighing systems. ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions are available with an “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous or explosive atmospheres, and the cell carries CE and RoHS compliance for global industrial deployment. It is commonly paired with ANYLOAD’s MH363YH mounting head and BSP363YH base plate accessories to simplify installation in canister-style vessel weighing systems.
