The ANYLOAD 102MH-AA is a double ended beam load cell constructed from nickel plated alloy steel with black electrophoretic plating, engineered for industrial weighing applications requiring robust mechanical protection and reliable signal output. Available in a 22Klb rated capacity, the 102MH-AA delivers a 2.0 mV/V full scale output with non-linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, and creep all held to less than ±0.1%, making it well-suited for platform scales, floor scales, tank weighing, and industrial process weighing systems.
The load cell features an over-molded stainless steel M12 (ESCHA) connector with PUR cable and flexible strain relief gland, providing a secure and environmentally sealed connection rated to IP67. Mechanical covers protect the sensing section from physical damage in demanding installation environments. With a compensated temperature range of -15°C to 60°C and a safe overload rating of 150% of full scale, the 102MH-AA is built for continuous use in industrial settings where durability and measurement consistency are critical.
The 102MH-AA carries CE, ATEX, FM, IECEx, and RoHS certifications, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions available under the “-Ex” suffix for use in hazardous area classifications.
