AN610 Scale Integrator

Signal stability is maintained through configurable digital filtering, allowing the instrument to perform reliably in environments with vibration, electrical noise, or fluctuating material flow. The unit supports PID-based control outputs and standard weighing logic for belt scales, belt weighfeeders, and flow systems. As with most weighing systems, the integrator functions as the central device that converts load cell signals into usable weight data for operators and control systems.

The AN610 includes multiple industrial communication options, including RS-485, Ethernet (Modbus TCP), Profibus-DP, and Profinet, enabling integration with PLCs and plant control systems. This allows weight and flow data to be transmitted for monitoring, logging, or higher-level control without requiring standalone operation.

The AN610 is best suited for conveyor belt scale and straightforward material flow applications where a reliable, ready-to-deploy integrator is needed.
