Dear valued customers,
As you may be aware, due to heavy rainfall causing flooding and road closures in key highways in British Columbia, we are experiencing shipping delays for our products coming from our BC warehouse. Shipping from Anyload to our customers located in Canada and Western US is and will be affected. While we are trying our best to send out orders by various means, we expect that there will be delays across the board lasting up to a week or more. For urgent orders, we advise shipping by Purolator and UPS Express service.
Our BC customer service, office, and warehouse are still in full operation, and any orders or inquiries will be processed as usual. We will provide an update as shipping resumes in the coming days, but we advise checking official news and government sources for the most up-to-date information on this situation.

As a token of solidarity with our British Columbia community, Anyload is donating $5,000 to GlobalMedic to provide clean-up kits to flooded areas of BC to help displaced families when they return to their homes. Any orders for load cells to be used in the recovery and reconstruction efforts will also be eligible for a 10% discount redeemable until the end of 2021. Our best wishes to the emergency responders working around the clock.

Customers receiving packages shipped from our New Jersey warehouse will not be affected.
