The ANYLOAD CSK Cable Splicing Kit is a rugged connection enclosure designed to protect load cell cable splices from moisture and water damage in industrial weighing installations. Featuring an aluminum casting enclosure with IP67 protection, the CSK provides a durable, sealed housing for connecting load cell cables in demanding environments where exposure to dust and water is a concern. The kit offers 7 terminal connections and supports splicing of up to 6 wires, making it suitable for standard 4-wire and 6-wire load cell configurations.<\/p>\n
Dual PG9 cable glands allow cables to enter and exit the enclosure while maintaining the sealed IP67 rating, simplifying cable routing and strain relief at the splice point. Compact dimensions (64 x 58 x 35 mm) and a two-hole mounting pattern make the CSK easy to install directly on scale structures, junction points, or nearby mounting surfaces, without adding significant bulk to the installation.<\/p>\n
An optional variant, the CSK-B, includes a GORE breather vent to help equalize internal pressure and reduce condensation buildup within the enclosure, extending reliability in outdoor or temperature-fluctuating environments.
