ANYLOAD FSP mild steel floor scales are engineered with a symmetrical grid channel frame and checkered deck plate. The FSP floor scale is ideal for industrial and commercial environments due to the durability provided by the structural support of the channel frame and safety benefits of the slip and skid resistant checkered surface. ANYLOAD floor scales include ANYLOAD alloy steel load cells, adjustable alloy steel feet and a built-in junction box. Additional design features include factory finished corner error adjustments, an integrated level bubble and threaded eyebolt holes on the deck plate for facilities that need to frequently move the location of the floor scale and need to facilitate the scale levelling. ANYLOAD floor scales are covered under warranty for a period of 3 years and are available in standard as well as custom sizes. The FSP is legal for trade and certified by Measurement Canada and NTEP.

The ANYLOAD FSP-S430 is a stainless steel floor scale designed for heavy-duty industrial weighing. Built from 17-4PH and 304 stainless steel on a rigid steel channel frame with pre-trimmed corners, the FSP4x4-5Klb-S430 offers a 48″ x 48″ platform with a rated capacity of 5Klb and a 1lb division. It is a strong fit for engineers, OEM designers, dealers, and plant managers who need a durable weighing platform for demanding environments. The complete set ships with IP68 stainless steel 563YS30 load cells and an IP65 stainless steel junction box, so the system is sealed against moisture and washdown conditions.

Installation is straightforward: four AMFS4 swivel stainless steel feet with removable rubber bases support the platform, threaded eyebolt holes and two included eyebolts make lifting easy, and a level bubble helps you set the scale level on site. The datasheet provides a dimensional drawing and tables covering platform height, length, and width in both millimeters and inches, along with the overall size, weight of 120kg, and 0.20″ (5mm) deck plate thickness. Optional accessories include indicators, the Ramp-17, and bumper guards, so you can configure a complete weighing solution without guesswork.

The FSP-S430 carries NTEP 1:5,000 Class III approval and Measurement Canada approval for the 4×4-5Klb size, and the 563YS30 load cells are OIML MAA and NTEP certified. An optional version with FM approved load cells and an FM approved junction box is available under part number FSP4X4-5Klb-S430-CX for applications that require it.
