The ANYLOAD TNS is a heavy-duty bench scale platform constructed from 304 stainless steel, designed for reliable and accurate weighing in industrial, food processing, laboratory, and commercial environments. Featuring a 1\/14 inch (1.8mm) heavy gauge stainless steel pan, built-in level bubble, and an IP66 protection rating, the TNS platform is built to withstand washdown and wet environments while maintaining measurement integrity. The scale ships complete with bracket, column, and column holder, and is rated for overload capacity up to 150% of full scale.<\/p>\n

The TNS series is available across five platform sizes ranging from 11.8\u00d711.8 inches (30\u00d730 cm) to 23.6\u00d723.6 inches (60\u00d760 cm), with rated capacities from 15kg to 300kg and divisions as fine as 5g. All configurations use the ANYLOAD 108JA single-point load cell family, with standard, low-error (LE), and high-capacity (SE) variants available to match the application’s accuracy and load requirements. The platform design is approved by Measurement Canada, making it suitable for certified trade and legal-for-trade weighing applications in Canada.<\/p>\n

For applications requiring enhanced environmental protection, the TNS supports an optional load cell upgrade to the 651JS IP68\/IP69K hermetically sealed stainless steel load cell, extending suitability to high-pressure washdown and submersion environments. Indicators are sold separately, with compatible options available from the ANYLOAD indicator lineup.<\/p>\n
