The 102EH is IP67 water-resistant with center loading. The design is well suited to silo, tank, and hopper weighing. The ANYLOAD 102EH is a nickel-plated alloy steel double ended beam load cell designed for center-loaded force measurement in silo, tank, and hopper weighing. It is available in 16 rated capacities from 1Klb to 300Klb, with a full scale output of 3.0 mV\/V and a tightly controlled zero balance. Nonlinearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and 30-minute creep are all held to within one-tenth of one percent of full scale or better, giving engineers and OEM designers dependable, repeatable performance in vessel weighing systems. The environmentally sealed construction carries an IP67 rating, and every capacity is rated for a 150% safe overload and a 300% breaking overload.<\/p>\n

Installation is straightforward, with a full dimensional drawing and tables covering width, height, length, mounting dimensions, and NPT thread sizes (1\/4-18 NPT or 1\/2-14 NPT depending on capacity), along with approximate weights from 1.7 kg to 50 kg. The datasheet documents the key electrical and environmental specifications, including 700 ohm input and output resistance, 10 V recommended excitation (15 V maximum), a compensated temperature range of -10\u00b0C to 50\u00b0C (14\u00b0F to 122\u00b0F), and insulation resistance above 2 G\u03a9. Standard cable is 5.1 \u00d7 10 m on capacities up to 35Klb and 7.6 \u00d7 18 m on 50Klb and above, wired to a clear color code: red excitation positive, black excitation negative, green signal positive, white signal negative, and a bare shield. The ANYLOAD 102EHM2 compression weigh module is also available as a mounting solution. The 102EH is RoHS compliant, CE and Ex (NEPSI) certified, with ATEX, FM, and IECEx approved versions available under the -Ex suffix.
