Holiday Closure & ERP System Upgrade
ANYLOAD is upgrading our internal systems by implementing a new ERP system. This upgrade will help improve order accuracy, response time, and overall customer service experience.
During this period, our teams will be fully engaged in the ERP go-live and system transition. ANYLOAD will not be open to customers during this time. No customer service, shipping, or order processing will be available.
Important Shipping and Order Processing Dates
Tuesday, December 23: Is the last day products will ship as usual. Any orders not shipped by December 23 will not ship until after the transition.
Wednesday, December 24 through Thursday, January 1: Customer service, order processing, and shipping will not be available in the U.S. and Canada.
Friday, January 2: Standard operations resume in the U.S. and Canada.
Please Plan Ahead
We strongly recommend that clients place orders and stock inventory in advance if product is needed during this period.
Our customer service, shipping, and accounting teams will be sending separate, more detailed notices to their regular contacts in Canada, the U.S., and other affected regions in the Western Hemisphere, outlining any department-specific changes or reminders related to this transition.
If there is an urgent or emergency situation, you may email your regular sales or customer service contact. While we cannot guarantee support during the closure, requests will be reviewed on a best-effort basis.
International Operations in China and Korea will continue on their regular local schedules.
