Returns and Exchanges

We make every effort to provide customers with the highest quality products and services available.  Whether you encounter a problem with product workmanship or simply need to return a purchased item, you will need to request an RMA number from you sales representative.  RMA numbers can be requested via e-mail, phone or you can also complete our online form.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you encounter a problem due to product workmanship and need to make a return, you will need to obtain a RMA number.

- Call or e-mail your sales representative to explain the reason for the return

- Please provide part number and serial numbers

- Defective or damaged products must fall within the warranty period of the product(s) purchased

- Returned products must include their original packaging, labels and certificates


Product Returns and Exchanges

For items that you would like to exchange or return for credit, an RMA number will be required.  Please see guidelines below:

- Call or e-mail your sales representative to explain the reason for the return

- Returned products must include their original packaging, labels and certificates. Load cell cables must be original length.

- Returns and/or exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to receive credit

- Credit notes will be issued once the items have been returned and inspected

- A 10% restocking fee on the invoiced value of the product, or $50, whichever is higher, applies for all returned product that is determined not to be defective or a result of shipping damage. If additional work is required due to improper packaging or missing parts, certificates etc, upon return, it will further reduce the amount of the credit refund


Shipping Guidelines for Returns

- Return the items with the individual manufacturer product packaging, the original shipping packaging is not necessary

- Write the RMA number on the packing slip or on the outside of the packaging

- Return to origin of shipment pre-paid via ground

- RMA returned items must be sent via traceable means, please retain the tracking information for your records

- The customer is responsible for the product(s) until it is received by our warehouse

If items are damaged during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging, it will be left to our discretion to determine whether or not the product is repairable or refundable.  Please note, products that require repairs may be subject to an additional fee.


Requesting an RMA Number via Phone or Email

To request a RMA number by phone or email, please provide the following information:

- Part number of product

- Serial number of product

- Detailed description of the problem with the equipment
